In this demo we have shown a fully working registration system. However, this feature does not come packed with the theme. You will need help of a few plugins.

The plugin we have used is WP Feedback, Survey & Quiz Manager Pro. You can buy it for $25 from codecanyon through the link provided. Also follow the documentation to learn how to setup a form.
Adding the Shortcut to a post:
While editing a post, scroll down to Colorize Title & Registration Shortcuts and enter the URL of the page containing the form and also a small text.
