WP Knowledge Base Theme has three four (since version 1.4.0) widget areas or sidebars. One Two for the Theme Sidebar column and two for the footer. Check the list below to see a recommended list of widgets.

This widget is shown on single article pages (posts) and also on sub category archive pages.
Recommended Widgets
The Affix Widget included with the theme. If you are planning to use it, then don’t put any other widget on this sidebar, as the affix widget becomes sticky. If you really want to then make sure you have ticked off the sticky option on the affix widget. Failing to do so, will lead to weird behavior.

This widget is shown everywhere except on single article pages (posts) and category archive pages.

Any good widget will go with this area. We recommend using the Popular Articles along with the Knowledge Base widget.
